Payments Required to Secure a Reservation

A minimum deposit of 25% plus airfare (if reserved through Unique Vacations) is due when booking to secure a reservation.

Full and Final Payment

Full and final payment on all bookings is required prior to arrival at the hotel 60 days prior to arrival. Unique Travel Corp. reserves the right to cancel any booking and to release air and/or hotel reservations relating to such booking for which full payment has not been received based on the above schedules. Bookings made within the full and final payment dates must be paid in full when booking Certain airline fares may also require full payment at the time of booking and may be non refundable.

Cancellation Charges

In notice of cancelation given to the owner there will be no penalty for cancellations 91 days or more prior to arrival, 25% penalty and an administration fee of $300.00 for cancellations 90 to 59 days prior to arrival, 50% penalty and an administration fee of $300.00 for cancellations 60 to 46 days prior to arrival and 100% penalty for cancellations 45 days or less prior to arrival. In the event of a cancellation, any payments made can be applied towards a future booking if made within one calendar year of cancellation.
